Easy to Use Interface

Alight Motion for iOS has a very easy and simple User Interface and offers a great user experience. All the effects, tools, and features are easy to find and utilize in your videos. If you know even a little bit about video editing, you will find this app very user-friendly and easy to use. But if you are a complete newbie, it offers in-app tutorials from where you can easily learn how to use alight motion on your phone.

Stunning Effects

It has a wide collection of extraordinary visual effects and filters. You can use these effects in your video separately or you can also use multiple effects at the same time to give your videos appealing visuals. You can apply these effects to videos, images, shapes, fonts, and vector drawings.

Vector Graphics

In Alight Motion for iOS, you can edit the vector shapes. You can adjust the in-built shapes according to your preferences. You can apply keyframe animations to these vector shapes. If you want to draw your custom shape, there is also an option for vector drawing in this app. Vector graphics do not blur or get pixelated no matter how much you zoom in on the vector drawings.

Bookmarks & Presets

Alight Motion makes it very easy to bookmark the video timeline by tapping on the time duration. You can then go to the next or previous bookmark by pressing the skip arrow buttons. It improves your productivity and saves time and chances of error.
You can also save your favorite elements as presets to use it in future projects. You can save keyframe animations, shapes, text effects, visual effects, etc. You can also export these presets and share them with others.

Multiple Layers Editing

Alight Motion has a multi-layer editing feature. It means that you can edit each element of the video in a separate timeline layer. You can bring any element’s layer forward or backward by pressing and holding the three-line icon on the right side of the layer. You can move layers up & down, horizontally, and trim or extend the layers. You can apply effects, keyframe animations, and filters to each layer individually.

Grouping and Masking

You can group multiple layers. For example, you can group two layers of text and shapes so that you can edit and move them together. Similarly, you can group 2 layers with a masking effect where you can play 2 videos/images on one screen. You can add any shape and play the second video/image in the shape by using the masking effect.

Velocity Based Motion Blur

In Alight Motion, you can apply velocity-based motion blur to your videos. With this effect, you can make professional and next-level videos. You can adjust the speed of the video, and the blur effect as you want.

Keyframe Animation & Animation Easing

Keyframe animation is an advanced feature of Alight Motion. You can animate the text, shapes, drawings, images, and effects frame by frame in this app. You can make objects’ movement, rotation, effects, and many more animations in your video.
